Q1 (0:40): What are the possible causes for night sweats, particularly when cutting? Outside the obvious of peri/menopause

Q2: (3:15): How Many days a week do your athletes weight train typically?

Q3: (4:06): Why are sprint cyclists legs so massive? Is time under tension as good as standard powerlifting style training for mass?

Q4: (7:05): In relation to female figure athletes what’s the lowest you would be comfortable taking their calories in their prep. 10x bw or less? Other than calories dropping what are some other strategies you have found worked for them, like carb cycling etc? Thank you
