Q5 (0:21): Hey guys! This one should be fun to discuss… Different ways you have approached tapering and peaking for a meet. What have you found most successful? What have you found least successful or detrimental?

Q6: (9:32): Another question, more having to do with coaching. What coaching tools or programs have you found most successful? This can be anything ranging from evaluative tools to organizational tools in keeping things professional.
